　　 從2005年年底，朝重將陸續(xù)投資2億元人民幣進行技術改造，增添大、精、尖、稀現(xiàn)代化關鍵性設備，利用兩年時間使朝重制造能力達到日產(chǎn)8000噸以下各種規(guī)模水泥成套設備的能力。

　　 Chaoyang Heavy Machinery Limited Company (Chaoyang Heavy Machinery Plant) is the state-owned large-scale grade one enterprise, one of 500 biggest industrial enterprises and the large-scale key enterprise of building materials machinery industry in China. The Company’s equipped strength, product sale, ability earned foreign currency and economic result are at the lead of building materials machinery industry. The Company has foreign trade right. The Company is one of qualified units in ISO9001 quality system. For years, the Company had the honor to gain “National Grade One Measurement Certificate Unit ”、“National Quality Control Award”、“National Energy Saved Silver Award”、“First of A hundred Best Enterprises of Environmental Protection Industry”、“National Best Credit Enterprise and National Optimum Enterprise Image ‘AAA’ Unit”, etc. 
　　 The Company established in 1959. The Company mainly researches, develops and produces the “Chaozhong” brand building materials machineries. The Company’s annual production capacity is more than 30,000 tons. From quality guarantee system, design and develop, manufacture, inspection instrument, to handling and transportation, installation and commissioning, sale services, etc, the Company has ability to provide the complete set equipment of large-medium cement plant with capacity 300t/d-4,000t/d. At the same time, the Company provides environmental protection equipment, general and special equipment of mine, metallurgy, chemistry, pressure container, coal, foodstuff and other industries, and road ballast production line complete set equipment, etc.
　　　 From the end of 2005, the Company will gradually invest RMB 20 million to make technical innovation, and the update and key equipment that is large, precious, sophisticated and rare will be purchased. The Company will gain capability to manufacture various scope complete equipment of cement below 8000 tons/day in two years.
